Four-wheel drive and trail use
Most Jeeps are bought for four-wheel drive. The Wrangler and Grand Cherokee are built for rough roads as well as pavement, and the Cherokee and Compass are offered with four-wheel drive too.
A four-wheel-drive system adds parts a front-drive car does not have: a transfer case or power transfer unit, and front and rear differentials, each with its own fluid. Your owner's manual says when those should be checked and changed.
Gravel, washboard roads and trails are hard on suspension and steering. If the Jeep wanders, pulls to one side or wears its tires unevenly, have the suspension and alignment checked.

Yes. Keep every invoice. A full service history shows the maintenance has been done, and it helps when you sell. If the Jeep is under warranty, check the warranty booklet for what it asks of you.
It can. A lift or larger tires change how the suspension and steering sit, and bigger tires add weight for the brakes to stop. Tell us about any changes when you book, and plan on a wheel alignment after a lift.
